Taken on my first trip to New Orleans, as we began shooting KATRINA COP.  The St. Louis Cemetery with its elaborate above ground vaults is quite spectacular.

Forest fires in the surrounding hills got surprisingly close to the city of Pasadena, CA.  Thick smell of smoke for days.
 

I look down and this is what I'm walking on.  And the seagulls sit and stare at all the dead fish lying around.   

As it was, prior to Hurricane Sandy.
