ALL ROADS LEAD TO THISI walked by this man at a Pasadena bus stop but didn't have the guts to ask if I could take his picture. Not good with the invasion of personal space kind of thing, but I probably way over worry about it as many people agree very quickly to having their image taken.  Pissed at myself, I finally returned and asked his permission.  He nodded slowly, and stared right at me. All roads lead to this.

PRAYERSTHIS was another wonderful site.  A Buddhist temple on the outskirts of Shanghai.  People enter and purchase a stick of incense.  They light the incense, make a wish, and the smoke from the incense carries their wish off to the heavens.   A lot of city people came and went, totally ignoring the gawking tourists.
